Deposits & Cancellations


All new clients - To secure your spot, I require a non-negotiable, non-refundable deposit of $100 to be paid to either of the following:

Your deposit is required within an hour of your enquiry.

Please ensure you send me a screenshot of your payment showing the time and date of your deposit.​ I will compare this to my bank records.

​​​If you need to change your appointment, we can organise a new one that suits both of our schedules and your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the initial booking.

In the event of a personal emergency in which I can not make our date, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date for you (within 6 months).

In the event of an outside interference that is out of both of our control, your deposit will be issued as a credit for use at another time (within 6 months).

*For all after-hours appointments (from 9pm-1am), I require a 1.5hr minimum. A 20% surcharge is applied to bookings from 11pm to 1am. Full payment is required upfront for all bookings between 9pm to 1am.

*For early morning appointments, it is a minimum 1hr booking from 6am-9am.

Please note that dates are not secure and bookings are not confirmed until your deposit has been received.


In the event that I need to cancel, you are entitled to an immediate refund.

In the event that YOU need to cancel (regardless of your circumstances), with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeit as a cancellation fee.

If you are an existing client who did not provide a deposit and YOU cancel (regardless of your circumstances), with less than 48hrs notice, the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee to your next booking. This means that the total fee for your next booking will be your booking fee + $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations or booking reschedules with less than 4 days notice, will result in your deposit being forfeit as a cancellation fee. 

If you can't make it to your booking but know a friend who would like your spot I am happy to transfer the booking to them with no cancellation penalty.

Repeated cancellations will require all future dates to be pre-paid in full.


A 1hr minimum is required for all outcalls.

For outcalls more than 30mins away, a minimum 4hr booking is required and must be paid in full within 30mins of your enquiry.

For outcalls more than 2hrs away, a minimum overnight appointment is required (travel fee included) and must be paid in full within 30mins of your enquiry.

Outcalls to 5 star accommodation only.

All personal information is held in absolute, strict confidence.


Privacy and discretion is assured and I also request this of you. 

In particular, when visiting my incall please follow the instructions provided to you to ensure smooth entry to my premises.

For outcalls, if you have specific entry instructions for me, please advise prior to our date.​
